How do I add more than one report deal to the shopping cart?

You may wish to add more than one report deal to the cart and not have to fill out all of your credit card information more than once. Here's how: After you have filled out and submitted a birth form, that item is added to the cart. Simply return to shopping and fill out another birth form and submit that form. Don't worry, the cart will not lose the items added to the cart in a given visitor session and will continue to add them automatically. (You can always remove an item if you change your mind.) When you are ready to checkout, you may do so at any time. We will receive the birth forms you submit and will match those with whatever you purchased, by last name. If you submitted a form but decided to remove that report deal from the cart, then the form for the removed report deal is simply discarded automatically from our server when you finalize the payment. This way you will only be charged for and receive the report deals you want. Note that as you surf the site, there is also a shopping cart icon in the top right hand page border for your convenience, as well.

 

I want a report. Where do I enter my birth information?

After you have selected your report, click the Buy Now button.

You will be directed to the automated birth information form where you will be asked for all of your birth information, e-mail, chart preferences, etc.

 "Send" the birth information and you will be directed to a page where you enter your credit card information. That's it!

 Why should I buy my own report when there is free information?

It depends on how in depth you want to go. There is no in-depth and revealing, yet personal, free information to be found. The real astrological interpretations take time. Writing the text for the reports takes a lot of  time. Those astrologers who have access to the software that generates the calculations for the reports have invested  time, money and years of study and are simply not going to give out the real goods for nothing.

The old adage---you get what you pay for is true, especially in this case.

If the birth information does not at least request  the exact month/day of birth, the place of birth and especially, a birth time AM or PM, then the report will not be as complete as it could be.

There are 10 planets in signs found in a complete natal horoscope plus a rising sign which influence the individual as much as the Sun sign. Most free information can only enlighten about one of these factors; the Sun sign. The house where the Sun resides in your chart is the real life area such as career, partnerships, etc. where you will apply the Sun sign traits. The freebie stuff is fun, entertaining and sometimes even mildly educational. The  information that can actually shift your awareness and therefore your life; is not free.

What is the difference between  Daily Horoscopes and a full-length Birth Chart Report?

Daily horoscopes are an overly simplified technique that checks the current planet movements against the 12 Sun signs of the zodiac. They are extremely general in nature. They do make some hits based on the law of averages though and sometimes they even hit the mark. They help sell newspapers and the like.

Your natal birth chart, especially one that includes the birth time, is like a custom made blueprint of the planetary energies that were in effect when you were born. It's your own unique life plan. It's made up of the 10 planets, the 12 signs and the 12 houses. A completely unique combination of 34 cosmic influences.

There's just no comparison between the individual birth chart reading and the daily sun sign horoscopes. Our Chart Zone natal reports are a good place to start, especially if your experience with astrology has been "daily horoscope" based.  Isn't astrology just like a psychic reading?

Here is the difference.  Some astrologers are psychic and they use the chart just like a tarot reader uses cards; to boost and confirm their own intuition. An astrologer who is not psychic, but who has studied the art for a number of years can produce a reading that seems psychic, just because it can so accurately describe the life, the approach to life and even future trends.  Even non-psychic astrologers often report that their intuition is greatly enhanced through the study and practice of chart readings. The astrological planet patterns reflect your special life path. The life path according to the "stars" is like the cosmic big picture and psychic readings deal with the smaller details.  How do I obtain my birth time and why is it so important?

A reading based on the precise month/day/year (without birth times) produces a report that is mainly your personality and psychological approach to life. You will learn about planets in signs and the aspects in  your chart - which is still more enlightening than no birth chart interpretation at all.
A reading with an accurate clock time of birth includes a Rising sign interpretation and planets in houses. The Rising sign is the one factor that makes your chart unique from all others with the same date.

Check with your parents first. See if they either remember the time of birth or know where the information is, such as a baby book, etc.

The birth time must be accurate to the minute with am or pm included.

For example:Somewhere between 3:30 and 5:30 is too far off. Or, "Mom says it was in the afternoon." Unfortunately, this is not close enough.

Sometimes a 30 minute difference is okay, but, still risky. A new sign rises every 2 hours. In astrology, that can represent an entirely different life experience.

A wrong birth time yields information that does not apply to you. If you do not have an accurate time of birth then it is best to order a report without a birth time. There is still a lot of useful information contained in a report without birth times. All planet in sign and planet aspect information remains the same.

The birth time sets up the houses of the horoscope as they apply to you. The houses of the horoscope modify the planets to a large extent and they also refer to the material plane experiences. The houses of the horoscope are specific areas of life, like career, marriage, money, siblings, work, friends. To make timed predictions about a specific area of life; the birth time is crucial.
If no one close to you knows exactly what time you were born, then call the
Bureau of Vital Statistics in the city and state where you were born.
Ask for a copy if your birth certificate that has the time of birth on it-sometimes
referred to as the long form.  Then you'll always have it.



 I made a mistake on the birth information form. What now?

Since we give you 3 opportunities to check your form entries we charge a small but fair fee for correcting and reposting your report(s) online. Fill out the correction form and another set will be sent for only $3.00. You may check your corrected report(s) any time at the same web page address we sent to you for accessing your reports.

Why am I asked to confirm my order?

Look for a confirmation e-mail asking for a quick reply from you that the birth stats entered and other custom selections are correct and what you intended. This allows you to make any necessary changes before your order is processed.
The confirmation also allows us to make sure your e-mail address is working and at the same time you will receive the web page address where your report(s) will be posted. During normal daytime business hours this is within a few hours or less. For after hours and late evening purchases, the next day and no later than 24 hours from the time we get your reply back. However, once you send the reply, you may check anytime at the web address we sent to see if the link to your report(s) link has been activated. You do not have to wait for another email from us, however we do send one to let you know that your order is online and ready for viewing.

I had a chart done by another astrologer and/or site and the planets placements in Houses are different. Why?

Unless you can contact the astrologer or the site and find out what house system was used, then we must assume the chart was not accurately calculated by whomever did your original chart(s). Our charts are as accurate as the birth information supplied. Calculations by the most accurate astrological software available, completely avoids errors. If your chart was done by hand, as many were years ago, the chances are great that the manual calculations are the problem.
Some software, especially older software may be in error. Online automatic chart generators often are not as up to date as they should be. There are at least a dozen different house systems and each one may potentially change the exact planet placements in the houses. We offer the most commonly used. Equal, Placidus and Koch.

The Equal House System avoids the problem with the Placidus which results in extremely uneven houses if the native should be born in extreme northern or southern latitudes.

Debbie Kempton Smith the author of Secrets From a StarGazer's Notebook recommends either Equal House or Koch. We offer Placidus because of it's long popularity among so many who study astrology. Each house system has it's own validity.

Margaret Hone puts forth an excellent argument in favor of Equal House in her book, "Applied Astrology" which is why it is the default for SkyViewZone. Jeff Mayo and the Faculty for Astrological Studies also favors this house system.

All charts are calculated using the Tropical Zodiac. We do not offer Sidereal charts, however, the Cayce Past Life report gives sidereal interpretations for the Sun and Moon and the Sun and Moon decantes ONLY. The rest of the report uses tropical placements forall planets in signs and houses.
