of Sale
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The customer/buyer understands
and agrees that this is a SERVICE CONTRACT they are purchasing
whereby SkyViewZone undertakes to manually create for the Customer/buyer,
a customized computer generated astrology report(s) based upon
the personal information provided by the customer/buyer on the
birth form and the customer/buyer is solely responsible for the
accuracy of the information that the customer/buyer has entered
on the birth information form and submitted to SkyViewZone. Customer/Buyer
must be at least 18 years old.
2. Corrections: Customer/Buyer will be given a second
chance to view form entries and to make corrections before a final
submit. If the customer/buyer must notify SkyViewzone that the
final form submit contained erroneous birth information, then
the order will be recalculated and sent again for a nominal fee.
If the error is found to be on the part of SkyViewZone, then the
reports will be recalculated and and sent again at no charge to
the customer.
3. Customer/buyer understands that SkyViewZone always and in good
faith sends the material to the e-mail which the customer has
provided to SkyViewZone on the sales receipt, normally within
24 hours of a completed purchase and it is the customer/buyer's
responsibility to insure that their
e-mail address is functional. If we must contact you for clarification
about your order, then the 24 hour goal time frame for delivery
starts again after we receive the necessary information. SkyViewZone
reserves the right to void any sale for any reason. If the authorization
has been voided by SkyViewZone, then the credit card will not
be charged.
4. It is the customer/buyer's responsibility to
contact SkyViewZone using our contact e-mail form within 72 hours
(3 days) after the initial 24 hours delivery time frame, to report
non-receipt of any part of or all of the reports contained within
the particular report offer that the customer purchased and using
the same e-mail address provided by the customer on the Checkout
Page on the Contact form.
The Customer/buyer agrees to check any bulk or spam
folders if the order is not found in the regular e-mail inbox
and it is up to the Customer/buyer to be sure that e-mail from:***
reports@skyviewzonereports.com ***is on their allowed e-mail list
and has not been blocked in any way. For claims of non-receipt
of order by e-mail, SkyViewzone will try again by e-mail and will
also fulfill the order by the method described below: The customer/buyer
understands and agrees that SkyViewZone will then post the order
online for a maximum of three months only as a secondary and final
method of order fulfillment and agrees to accept this method of
order fulfillment and that in this case the URL link where the
order will be found and which will be sent to the customer/buyer
and all other available proof of order fulfillment methods on
the part of SkyViewZone, will also, if necessary and in case of
order fulfillment disputes, be provided to the credit card company.
A copy of these "Terms of Sale" that the
customer/buyer agreed to at the time of purchase, will also be
provided to the customer/buyer's credit card company. The customer/buyer
understands and agrees that in the event that we must resort to
online posting when the customer claims non-receipt of an order,
that the online posting of the ordered reports constitutes final
delivery fulfillment and is the only recourse available to the
customer in cases where the customer claims non delivery of the
order by e-mail. A copy of these "Terms of Sale" that
the customer/buyer agreed to at the time of purchase, will also
be provided to the customer/buyer's credit card company.
5. The customer/buyer is responsible for the manner in which the
information contained in reports is understood or used and understands
that the price paid for these types of reports does not include
additional questions, advice, readings, lessons, explanations
and/or personal interpretations by the site owners and it is up
to the buyer to use the material offered with discretion and common
sense. The customer/buyer understands that SkyViewZone has made
available a certified, licensed and experienced site astrologer
for extended chart readings and questions, which the customer/buyer
may, if they so desire, contact and pay for additional astrological
services.
6. In case you order a duplicate report from our site, we will
adjust the amount down accordingly and send one copy of the duplicated
report.
7. Samples of our products are readily available
and we are not responsible for similar or duplicate purchases
made at another site.
Example: If you order a report(s) from SkyViewzone
and we have already fulfilled your order and sent it to you, we
cannot exchange the report or cancel the sale because the Customer/buyer
believes they have previously ordered the same report at another
site.
We are not responsible for differences in chart
factors between any charts and reports the Customer/buyer receives
from our site and those obtained through another site because
we have no control over the accuracy of the software used on another
site or the techniques by which those were generated.
